Sagebrush is a 138 unit USDA Rural Development family project located in Boardman, Oregon, Hermiston, Oregon, and Sandy, Oregon.

Sagebrush is comprised of three separate properties which includes Boardman Apartments which was built in 1972, Buttercreek Apartments which was built in 1974, and Fairview Apartments which was built in 1981 and 1985. All three properties were completely rehabilitated and recapitalized in 2010.

The average income of the current households living at Boardman Apartments and Fairview Apartments is less than 20% of the area median income and is 15% of the area median income for those living at Buttercreek Apartments.
