With a reputation built on integrity and accountability, Chrisman Development has excellent working relationships with government agencies and financial institutions including the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Oregon Housing & Community Services, PNC Real Estate, Enterprise Community Partners, Network for Oregon Affordable Housing (NOAH), community-based nonprofit organizations, and numerous other investing and lending institutions.
CDI’s development team has extensive experience working with multiple financing options including 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), 4% LIHTC and tax-exempt bond financing, USDA Rural Development 515 and 538 loan programs, HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), National Housing Trust Fund, and conventional market-rate financing programs.
