Recapitalized and renovated in 2015 from the IRC Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program and other State Housing sources, Bluffs at Ratcliff serves individuals and households that are 62 years and older and/or disabled of any age and offers project-based rental assistance to most households. Renovations included major work on the building envelopes, new windows, numerous energy-efficiency upgrades, updated unit interiors, appliances, building systems, and accessibility improvements. Today, residents at 50% area median income or below enjoy new attractive drought-tolerant landscaping, on-site laundry, and off-street parking.
