Today, residents at 60% area median income or below enjoy attractive landscaping, sweeping mountain views, on-site laundry, off-street parking, and easy access to shopping, medical centers, public transportation, and other city amenities.

In 2020, rooftop solar systems were installed through a partnership with Fleet Development (www.fleetdevelopment.org) which will eventually reduce residential and operational usage by 40-95%.
