In 2009, after returning to Wallowa County to raise her family, Marsha joined Chrisman Developmentās property management division, Viridian Management, Inc., where she worked in operations as the Executive Assistant to the President for several years. This led her to manage the Compliance Department where she was responsible for oversight of compliance activities related to the affordable multifamily housing programs and local, state, and federal regulations governing the portfolio and the coordination of lease-up and tenant relocation services during acquisition and rehabilitation transactions. Marsha maintains active affordable multifamily housing management credentials (HCCP, CPO, HCM-R, CGPM).
