Tim Cox, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1995, entered the affordable multifamily housing industry in 2004. He has extensive experience in the development of funding applications, asset management, LIHTC project Year 15 exits, conventional and bond financing, and refinancing of new and acquisition/rehabilitation transactions involving LIHTC, HUD, and USDA Rural Development. Before relocating with his wife to Wallowa County in 2010, he worked as CFO at a large housing authority serving three counties in Central Oregon. Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University, majoring in Business Administration – Accounting with a minor in Psychology.
